Vivek began providing appraisals in 2010 for various real estate properties. His focus is on providing commercial real estate appraisal and evaluation reports for properties throughout the US.

He has completed appraisals for various property types including: retail, office, industrial, flex, residential and office, condominiums, apartments (conventional and income-restricted), lodging facilities, and vacant land. He has also performed numerous land utilization analyses for all types of commercial and residential real estate.
