He has worked with Multinational Corporations (MNCs) assisting them with transfer pricing compliances, audit, representation, and litigation support. He has extensively worked on various complex international transactions across various industries.

Pratik has assisted clients in dispute resolution through Mutual Agreement Procedures between the competent authority of India, the US, and the UK to avoid double taxation. He has also worked on various advisory and compliances arising from the BEPS action plans including the preparation of master file and CbC reports.

He also has advised businesses on various due diligence engagements from the transfer pricing perspective.
