Navin has experience in working with US & Indian multinational companies’ audits and has great expertise in Indian, International and US GAAP. He has assisted companies in GAAP conversions and complex accounting transactions under Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP.

He spent 2.5 years in the United States and gained experience assisting clients in evaluating indirect tax (VAT / GST / digital tax) implications in the arena of digital economy, especially evaluating classification of supply in different countries.

He has vast experience of working with industries like mining and metals, infrastructure, textile, agricultural chemicals, media and entertainment.

He has also helped clients in capital market transaction and IPO preparedness.
